how everything is connected, produce supplier, nature, and season.
Food can be creative, surprising and exciting, but above all it should be good!
Never at the expense of animals or nature.
Using the best seasonal produce from small local suppliers is choice no. 1.
In fact, it gets even more delicious when we know who raised the animals, and who grew the vegetables
without taking shortcuts and tampering with shelf life.
