Low-Temperature Cooking
The utmost respect for culinary tradition. Used by top
chefs, this gentle method of cooking at temperatures
lower than 100°C is perfect for delivering particularly
tender and flavoursome meat. All you have to do is
choose your dish and the oven will take care of the rest.
French Patisserie
Macarons, canelés, chocolate fondants...
This special menu, exclusive to De Dietrich, will
help you to skilfully and successfully produce these
patisserie classics. Choose from the 14 automated
recipes and let the compliments roll in.
Drying Function
This dehydration process allows you to dry aromatic
herbs, fruits, and vegetables at a perfectly controlled
60°C - 80°C temperature. By preventing the build-up
of bacteria, it allows you to preserve produce for
several months and use it whenever you like.
Heat Distribution
De Dietrich ovens are all equipped with a unique
heat distribution system. Four ventilation openings
distribute the heat in the oven compartment ensuring
perfect results.
The Culinary Guide
After choosing a pre-programmed recipe and
entering the weight of the dish, the oven automatically
determines the appropriate cooking mode, as well as
the ideal temperature and the cooking time required
down to the minute.
